User Setup and Licensing

Reportance is licensed to an organisation, who on sign up for a trial or on purhcase are provided with a single login account. This initial login is set as an administrator for the organisation.

Licenses will remain valid during the trial period and while subscriptions are current.

User Setup

The initial user can add adidtional users and administrator, which are managed from the HowNow Smart Workpapers website.

To add users, an administrator must login to the site at:


Once in this site, click on the Users icon from the left-hand side menu to go to the Users screen. Here, you can Add, Edit, and Delete users, as well as issue Password Resets. When adding or editing a user, you can nominate them as an Admin, which will give them rights to add/remove other users as well as manage central firm worksheet templates.
