Issue: When you go to the File menu in Excel, you will see two tabs for HowNow Smart Workpapers instead of one. This may cause some erratic behaviour in certain functions associated with this Excel add-in.
Cause: Some older versions of Reportance were bundled with a version of the HowNow Smart Workpapers that was signed using a different process to the HowNow Smart Workpapers that are deployed with the HowNow Smart Workpapers website. This caused Excel to treat them as separate add-ins.
Solution:
Complete a reinstallation as follows:
1) Uninstall HowNow Smart Workpapers by going to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and selecting HowNow Smart Workpapers
2) Reinstall the latest version of Reportance.
